XPLANBR was founded by industrial engineers and project managers who spent decades working on large-scale projects in steel, mining, energy, pulp & paper and chemical industries across Latin America.
We saw firsthand how much value was lost at the interface — between client engineering teams, global suppliers, EPCs and procurement — due to miscommunication, misaligned specs and the absence of a single accountable integrator.
